Agreement

Opening an account with Kudos Casino means you have read our terms and agree to them in full. We may update these rules and the terms of our promotions at any time.

Who can play

Kudos Casino holds its licence in the Curacao jurisdiction. You must be over 18 and of legal age of majority, and you may play only where the law of your home country allows online gaming with us. Checking that law is your own responsibility, and wagers placed where gaming is banned are void. Some countries are excluded from holding an account, and an account opened from one of them, or by someone under age, has its balance voided and its first deposit refunded.

Currency

Balances and bets are kept in US Dollars. Money sent in another currency is converted at your bank's rate, and any conversion or provider charges are yours.

Your account

Each player keeps a single account. Names on the account and on every card or payment method must match, and your login details should stay private. We can hold back play, winnings or balances where accounts are linked, documents are altered, details are false, deposits are reversed or have not cleared, or play is automated, collusive or unfair. We may also close a membership and return the balance by a method we choose.

Dormant accounts

After 180 days without activity the balance of an account drops to zero. Get in touch with customer services and we can restore it.

Game results

Results are set by the game server, and its records decide any dispute. If a server fails, bets that were still open are void.

Bonuses

One claim per promotion is allowed for each household, family, device or IP address, and offers do not stack unless an offer says so. Bonus credits come off at your next withdrawal, while the profit you made with them stays yours. Bet limits and game limits stay in force while bonus money is in your balance, and breaking the rules of a promotion voids its winnings. You can stop receiving offers by asking support.

Deposits and withdrawals

Wager every cash deposit at least once before cashing out. Withdrawals have no upper limit, though big wins may come in parts. We send money back the way it came in, or by wire transfer. Your first withdrawal in each 30 days is free, and later ones in the same period carry a small contribution to costs.

Verification

We pay only verified accounts. You complete our online check and make one cash deposit, which you can take back with no wagering. We may ask for more documents, and an account can be closed if they are not sent within 10 working days or look altered.

Refunds

Unhappy with a deposit? Ask within thirty days and we refund the balance, less any bonus, once your identity is confirmed.
